Located just 50 m from the sea and a stone’s throw from the center, Villa Alfa is a charming villa immersed in a very quiet area.
Villa Alfa consists of two air-conditioned apartments (three-room and two-room apartments) arranged on two different floors, equipped with satellite TV, internet WI-FI, washing machine, microwave and safe. Both apartments have a personal car parking space and a fenced garden.
Beach service is also included in the price, consisting of a beach spot with a beach umbrella, a beach chair and a beach lounger.

Air-conditioned three-room apartment for 5/6 people, made up of a living room with a single sleeping couch, kitchenette, a sleeping room with a double bed, a sleeping room with a single bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a furnished balcony and a fenced garden.
Equipped with air-conditioning, washing machine, microwave, satellite TV, internet WI-FI, safe.

Alfa B
Air-conditioned two-room apartment for 4/5 people, made up of a living room with a single sleeping couch, kitchenette, a sleeping room with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a fenced garden.
Equipped with air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, internet WI-FI, safe.
Also included in the price: beach service (beach spot with one beach umbrella, one beach chair and one beach lounger), one covered car parking space.
Prices
Prices include beach service. Pet surcharge (small pets): 50.00 Euros per stay.
Tourist tax excluded.
The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and to leave it clean and tidy as received on check-in.
